Fully automated operation

2.0 kilograms of coffee beans are sucked up at the beginning of the process, freshly ground to the desired level and brought into the port-a-press. The coffee is then compressed, brewed and the coffee ground is ejected into a container. The freshly brewed espresso flows into a big container, where it is homogenized and the level of brix can be adjusted. After ejecting the coffee ground, the process starts over – fully automated.
